Every hat we sell is an authentic, handwoven Montecristi Panama hat, sourced directly from master artisans in Montecristi, Ecuador. Because each hat is handmade from natural straw, minor variations in color, texture, and weave density are normal and expected — no two hats are exactly alike. These natural characteristics are part of the product, not a defect.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but actual color may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Many of our hats are customized to your specifications (size, band, styling) before shipment. Customized orders are typically prepared and shipped within a 2–3 week timeframe from the date of order confirmation, though this may vary depending on the grade selected and current artisan availability.

We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on product pages, but are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
